In remembrance of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol, the Ministry of Culture of Thailand in cooperation with the Royal Thai Embassy in Dhaka have organized the exhibition "The Royal Thai-Bhutanese Photo Exhibition: A Tribute to HM King Bhumibol Adulyadej”

Thailand and other members of the United Nations have joined the 2016 World Soil Day celebration on the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, 5 December.

Members of the public and students with craftsmanship skills will be allowed to join a team of craftsmen in the creation of the sandalwood royal urn for the Royal Cremation Ceremony for His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.

Prime Minister General Prayut Chan-o-cha stated that the Government and the Mae Fah Luang Foundation had adopted the royal approach of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej and the "Mae Fah Luang Development Principles” in natural resource management.
