2. H.R.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa from the Kingdom of Bahrain

3. Ex-President Megawati Soekarnoputri from the Republic of Indonesia

4. Ex-Prime Minister James Bolger from New Zealand

5. Deputy Prime Minister Zhang Gaoli from People’s Republic of China
